Monthly Residential water rates:
Base Water Charge $ 17.00
Water Usage $ 6.00 per 1000 gallons
Base Sewer Charge $ 71.00
TCEQ Regulatory Assessment fee 0.5% to be calculated on base water and sewer charges and water usage charge
Upper Trinity Groundwater
Conservation District (UTGCD) Fee $ 0.22 per 1,000 gals. to be calculated on water usage
Other Fees
Postage (for paper statements) $ .76
Automatic Payment $ .50
Late Charge 10% of balance due.
Meters are read about the 11th of each month. Monthly water bills are mailed USPS or emailed about the 28th of the month. Payment is due on the 15th of the following month. Please write your account number on your check. .
